Light O' The Moon Dulcimers

About My Helper

This is my student, Ariana Brown (who is also my granddaughter.)  Ariana has been learning the craft for several years now, and is turning out to be an outstanding woodworker.  She will be a fine luthier someday in the not-too-distant future!  She has the patience and skill it takes to build a great instrument.

I have the great pleasure of having Ariana and her family living very close to me.  She lives with her parents, Eric and Brandy Brown, and her little sister, Olivia.  Ariana, is attending both high school and college classes at Haywood Community College in the early college program. When she graduates high school, she will already have a 2-year college degree.  She also plays the dulcimer quite well.

Ariana has big plans to one day be a full-fledged business partner and have our own workshop.  She has already been assigned the responsibilities of "financial manager" for Light o' the Moon Dulcimers.  I'm very proud to have her working with me!
